Explanations:
In the event that one of the end-points of a circuit for rent is in the first region and the other one is in the second, usability rates and refund costs of the second region are valid.
1. Region:
Marmara Region, Aegean Region, Central Anatolia Region and the part of Mediterranean Region except the cities of Antalya, Hatay and Osmaniye
2. Region:
Black Sea Region, East Anatolia Region, Southeast Anatolia Region and the cities of Antalya, Hatay and Osmaniye in the Mediterranean Region.
1. Degree failures:
Partial card, module and system failures occurring in IP/MPLS Backbone devices. Failures occurring in the Network Management or Server systems.
2. Degree Failures:
Transmission, fiber infrastructure or trunk failures. The committed failure repair times are only valid for services; they do not cover equipment failures.
